Goats milk is great for fussy tummies, as it is the closest animal milk to human breast milk and is less allergenic than cow milk.
The best way to consume goats milk is unpasteurised and fresh. The benefits of the milk are prominent at this stage as none of the vitamins and fatty acids have been destroyed by heating.
If you are unsure about goats milk due to either smell or taste, rest assured that in unpasteurised goats milk the smell is very minimal (probably less than cows milk) and the taste is also quite minimal.
